art explorers ages 7-12 with louise christensen
Our Goal in this program is to let each student become a confident creator. They will build their skill set, study artists, and explore using professional materials. Simultaneously, students will be urged to celebrate their individuality.
We'll learn to love each mark we make, collaborate with each other, and practice independence. This kind of creating means students will walk away with artwork they are extremely proud of. Together, we will work like artists do, and enjoy the process!

2024 Ongoing Schedule
November - kim cantrell clay abstract faces
November 11th & 25th
Students will create and paint abstract faces with professional stoneware clay + glazes inspired by Kim Cantrell’s artwork.
DECEMBER - Winter Landscape Fabric Painting + GALLERY WALK!
December 9th
Students will paint on fabric to create a beautiful, snowy, landscape. (+ show off their artwork from the semester in a gallery walk!)
